Geo-Inquiry Summer Institute 2018The Virginia Geographic Alliance is extending an invitation to 10 middle schools in Virginia to send teams an educator interested in learning how to incorporate Geo-Inquiry into their classrooms.

Participant Requirements
- The workshop will be held the weekend of August 17-19, 2018 in conjunction with the “RU World Ready?” Conference at Radford University in Radford, VA.
- Participants will also be required to participate in pre and post workshop webinars in June, July, and September with follow up reflection, and complete / submit a Geo-inquiry lesson plan for distribution via the VGA website by October 31, 2018.
- Participants will have no expenses associated with the conference or the webinars and each participant will receive a $100 stipend upon successful completion and submission of the lesson plan.
